Delivery

Generally I will dispatch your purchases to you within 3 working days, often the next day. If you need it ASAP then do please let me know and I shall do my very best to bump you up the list! I can always include gift notes and dispatch to recipients direct if you are shopping last minute.

I ship Bookslings to you using only fully tracked, insured and signed for suppliers. You can track your parcel using the tracking information provided on your order update. I am unable to change the delivery address once I have dispatched your order so please check it’s correct when you check out. I cannot be responsible for parcels shipped to the wrong address, however would do my best to recover it for you, although this may not be possible of course. Shipping takes 3-5 days normally, but I cannot be responsible for delays.

Reusable Wipes are shipped tracked and insured also, but as they generally fit through your letter box won’t be signed for. If you order enough for them not to fit, I will also use signed for shipping. Shipping takes 2-3 days normally, but I cannot be responsible for delays.

Refunds and Returns

I will refund any order immediately if we agree to cancel it before it’s been dispatched. If you change your mind after I have shipped it then you are welcome to return it to me in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. When I receive it I will complete a full refund minus shipping costs I incurred sending it to you. You will need to meet the cost of return shipping and I do recommend using tracked and signed for services only as I cannot refund you if I don’t receive it back.

Custom items and items on sale cannot be returned.

If any item reaches you in less than perfect condition then please in the first instance contact me on hello@littlelandschildren.com I will always try to rectify any issues as quickly as possible. I want you to love your Little Lands products and will work with you to ensure you are totally happy with them so please do give me the chance to resolve any issues.

GDPR

Any information collected from you by either signing up to marketing emails or purchasing from Little Lands will be used only for the purpose provided. 

Information including names, addresses, email and payment data will only be used by myself and Shopify payment processing services to dispatch and keep you up to date on your orders progression.

If you choose to sign up to my newsletters (email marketing) then that information will only be used by me and my email marketing partner Mailchimp to send you information from Little Lands only. You can unsubscribe from this service at anytime.
